Monday 9/12

Exercise- 1.5 mile walk. I need to do better, but it was SO HOT out!

Meals-

Breakfest- cheese and strawberries (5)

lunch- steak and a huge garden salad (5)

Dinner- 1 peice of chicken, strawberries and cool whip (10)

snack- sunflower seeds (7)

27 carbs total

OK, I did a weigh in today, because its offically been a week. Well, I am down to 229.5 I am SO excited about this. I cannot wait to get down to 219.5, then 209.5, the 199.5 THATS MY BIG GOAL!

saturday 9/10/05

Today was a really good day

Exercise- 3.5 mile walk, and it FELT GREAT, but boy was it HOT outside!

Meals-

breakfest- peanuts and cheese (5)

lunch- chicken breast (5)

snack- more peanuts and strawberries (5)

dinner- hamburger patties and cucumbers (10)

snack- 1/2 cup of sf ice cream (lc ice cream) (2nc)

So 27 carbs total. I can seriously already feel a difference in my body. I am feeling so good, like I can finally do this! My ultimate goal is another baby.  I sure wish it weren't such a struggle to have kids for us, because I would sure love another one right now.

Friday Sept. 9th

I forgot to write in here yesterday, but didn't forget to stick to the plan So here is yesterday

Exercise- unfortunetly none besides chase my 2 year old around

meals-

breakfest- sausage and strawberries (5)

lunch- chicken and I cheated and had corn (5 carbs though) and a huge salad (so total 15 carbs)

dinner- just cheese and sausage (5)

30 carbs total

My body is having a rough time with my metformin that I just restarted, so I was not very hungry.

Exercise- 2 mile walk

Meals-

breakfest- cottage cheese and strawberries (7 carbs)

lunch- chicken and broccli (10 carbs)

snack- sf popcicle (5)

dinner- roast beef and green beans (10 carbs)

total  32 carbs!

I did well again today I am hoping I can continue this through the weekend!

Exercise- I walked 4 miles

Meals:

breakfest- bacon and strawberries (5)

snack- sg popcicle (5)

lunch- hamburger patty with cheese, strawberries (16)

dinner- 2 hot dogs and more strawberries LOL (5)

total 31 carbs. not too bad. I ate so many strawberries because I had nothing else that was lc in the house. I did however go grocery shopping finally. I probably only ate a total of a cup for the whole day of strawberries, they sure help me get through my cravings! so all in all, a great day!

Meals for today:

Breakfest- bacon and sugar free jello

snack- sugar free popcycle 4 carbs

lunch- huge salad with tomatos and lc dressing- 5 carbs

snack- strawberries 5 carbs

dinner- 2 polish sausages, 4 strawberries- 9 carbs total

 23 carbs total pretty good for my first day! I need to get more water in tomorrow!

Well, I weighed myself today and it was NOT pretty....I am at 240!

Measurements:

Left arm- 12 1/2

Right arm- 13 1/2

Left Leg- 27 1/2

Right Leg- 26

Bust- 56 1/2

Waist- 54 1/2

Thighs- 53 1/2

WOOHOO off to a good start!

Well, I did AWESOME! I rode my bike for 16 minutes, did 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of arm weights. So we are off to a good start
