OK, I did a weigh in today, because its offically been a week. Well, I am down to 229.5
I am SO excited about this. I cannot wait to get down to 219.5, then 209.5, the 199.5
THATS MY BIG GOAL!
Ugh, I hate that date.
Anyhow, I did very well today.
Exercise- 3.5 mile walk

Today was a really good day
Exercise- 3.5 mile walk, and it FELT GREAT, but boy was it HOT outside!

breakfest- peanuts and cheese (5)
lunch- chicken breast (5)
snack- more peanuts and strawberries (5)
dinner- hamburger patties and cucumbers (10)
snack- 1/2 cup of sf ice cream (lc ice cream) (2nc)
So 27 carbs total. I can seriously already feel a difference in my body. I am feeling so good, like I can finally do this! My ultimate goal is another baby. I sure wish it weren't such a struggle to have kids for us, because I would sure love another one right now.

lunch- chicken and I cheated and had corn (5 carbs though) and a huge salad (so total 15 carbs)
dinner- just cheese and sausage (5)
30 carbs total
My body is having a rough time with my metformin that I just restarted, so I was not very hungry.
Exercise- 2 mile walk
Meals-
breakfest- cottage cheese and strawberries (7 carbs)
lunch- chicken and broccli (10 carbs)
snack- sf popcicle (5)
dinner- roast beef and green beans (10 carbs)
total 32 carbs!
I did well again today
I am hoping I can continue this through the weekend!
Exercise- I walked 4 miles

breakfest- bacon and strawberries (5)
snack- sg popcicle (5)
lunch- hamburger patty with cheese, strawberries (16)
dinner- 2 hot dogs and more strawberries LOL (5)
total 31 carbs. not too bad. I ate so many strawberries because I had nothing else that was lc in the house. I did however go grocery shopping finally. I probably only ate a total of a cup for the whole day of strawberries, they sure help me get through my cravings!
so all in all, a great day!

pretty good for my first day! I need to get more water in tomorrow!
Well, I weighed myself today and it was NOT pretty....I am at 240!
